Kevin and Marian get married!

We have had 2 very big weddings this month.  Brian's best friend Kevin got married in California and my sister Jackie got married in Ohio.  We had so much fun celebrating with both couples and I want to post some memories.

Kevin and Marian got married in Stinson Beach.  We went in with a few others and rented a house for the weekend.  We flew in to San Francisco on Friday morning and then drove up to Stinson that evening.  We spent the morning walking around the city just sight-seeing, catching up with friends, and getting some lunch.  I had a couple of hours to spare so I splurged on a mani-pedi (mom-inside joke) and relaxed!  It was wonderful.


Next up we went to a happy hour to meet up with everyone from the wedding.  Then we hopped in our Jeep Wrangler and drove up the SCARIEST road I've ever been on in my life.  It was dark, verrrry foggy, and took us about an hour to drive down an 8 mile windy road.  The next day on our way to Muir Woods, we saw what we were driving in.  

We also got to go to Sonoma on Saturday and tour a couple of wineries.  That was fun, but also just so beautiful.  I love California!

Marian and Kevin got married on Sunday afternoon on the beach.  It was on a public beach but still a very sweet and intimate ceremony.  Marian looked beautiful in her dress and Brian and I are so happy to see that Kevin and Marian found each other.
