Well, this post is a day late again because Brian was out of town this weekend after a crazy work week and I just wasn't up to it last night. Harper is wearing me out-sweet little thing. She is the light of my life, but boy does she have some energy!
Back to Kate. Kate is 35 weeks along. I can actually feel my hips, or at least what I think are my hips, moving to make room. It is the craziest thing. She is getting so BIG and pressing right on them.
Here's this photo-this will be me 4 weeks from today!!!!
Baby's size: over 18 inches and 5 1/4 lbs., like your average honeydew (Harper was 8 lbs. 2 oz. and 21 inches at birth)
Cravings: ice cream
How I'm feeling: puffy, tired, and weepy-the hormones are really hitting me.
Sleep: Okay, sleep at night is finally tough. But, I have the privilege of napping when Harper naps, so I think I'm kind of lucky there.
My favorite part of this week: I was talking to Kate in my belly and rubbing my stomach where I'm pretty sure her bottom is sticking up and she gave me a big kick. I just can't wait to hold her and see what she looks like.
Planning: I'm getting the "gear" together from the basement. I'm disassembling the swings, etc. to get the covers off and wash them. Exciting, huh? We bought newborn diapers and Boudreaux's Butt Paste (yes, for those of you who don't know, that's what it is actually called and it is awesome) this week-I think that's all we needed.
